What Its Known For
Victory Park is on the edge of downtown Dallas but it has more of a boutique-y feel — it’s been said that this is the Manhattan of Dallas. You feel here like you have a truly metropolitan life without compromise.
There is automatically an unlimited number of things to do in Victory Park because this is home to the famous American Airlines Center. Here you can see a concert, a performing arts show, a Dallas Mavs game, or a Stars hockey game! Also, walkable from your Victory Park apartment is the House of Blues and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science.
For food, Saint Anne’s is where fancy brunch is born. The patio is massive and they usually have live music on Sundays! Freshii is here, as well as BUDA Juice, so you know you can still get your healthy nom on. Residents and tenants are within walking distance of the Katy Trail – a 3.5-mile walking, jogging, and bike path – and the DART commuter rail for public transportation.
For nightlife, Happiest Hour is a favorite of Smart City! It has a massive rooftop deck with an incredible view of the Dallas downtown skyline. Plus, there are tons of TVs for watching the football games on Sunday. And for a bar, the food is awesome!
Victory Park’s location is hard to beat. You’re across the street from Downtown, a second away from Uptown and Oak Lawn, and you have easy access to the highways. It’s right at the heart of everything, which is what makes it such a desireable place to live. Known for it’s luxury high rises, Victory Park is the place to be and be seen. Smart City can find you the best of the best place to live, but we’re also great at finding affordable luxury apartments, too!
