Although, any real Texan knows that Summer never actually ends because it’s always burning hot, but let’s just pretend we’ve got normal weather in this state!

Pride is high on our list of must-dos! Not only is it always inspiring, fun, and uplifting, but Smart City is participating in this year’s festival! Come out and celebrate who you are with people who love you no matter what — and that totally includes us!

ADDISON OKTOBERFEST
If you can’t get your hands on a plane ticket to Germany and some vacation time, do the next best thing and party it up at the Addison Oktoberfest! It was named one of the most authentic Oktoberfest experiences in the U.S., so it’s seriously the most cost effective way to get a taste of Germany (and some yummy German sausage). It’s going for four days straight, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to hop in and viel Spaß!

GRAPEVINE GRAPEFEST
Wine it down at the Grapevine GrapeFest next month! It’s the biggest wine festival in the Southwest so you can GrapeStomp, judge in the wine competition, enjoy some live entertainment, and more. So grab your friends and keep them close, but your wine closer! And just a pro-tip: it runs for as long as Oktoberfest, so you can totally double dip and hit up both that week!
