This property is the definition of luxury. Custom hardwood style flooring, designer carpeting, Stainless Steel appliances, and 10 ft. ceilings in every unit got us like, whoa. The sun pool courtyard is the real deal though. Lined with covered, private cabanas, you can relax in the shade and take a dip in the pool when the humidity finally starts to get to you.
Downtown
We found a property that is so extra it has special amenities for different floors. Looking solely at the units, you’re getting marble counter tops, track lighting, hardwood floors, and gas ranges. The glitz and glam of this property are carried through to the amenities as well. Not only is there a heated pool and spa with cabanas on the 4th floor, but you’ll lose your mind over the infinity pool with a glass bottom shelf on the rooftop. Soak up rays and views as you lounge by the pool overlooking all of Houston.
River Oaks
Keepin’ it flashy with that new-new style, this property is a 2017 build and pimped the place out with modern finishes. Granite counter tops, walk-in showers, USB charging ports, and Sonos built-in speakers throughout the living rooms are featured in every unit. Head up to the 8th floor for one of our favorite view in Houston. Overlooking the city, this infinity-edge pool and deck features grilling stations and a fire pit as well as a concierge on hand to tend to your every need while you unwind from the week.
