North Fort Worth has quickly become one of the most in-demand and developed suburban areas. It’s home to some of the best shopping in the city, especially Alliance Town Center, a massive retail hub where just about every major chain is within minutes of each other (think H-E-B, Target, Sephora, Costco, and more). The surrounding area features Fort Worth’s hottest real estate, still semi-rural, but rapidly growing. If you’re looking to separate yourself from the inner city without being too far from work, expect at least a 20-minute commute. Further north you’ll hear other neighborhoods called Roanoake, Haslet, and Northlake, here lies the iconic Buccees and Texas Motor Speedway but other than that it gets pretty country out there.

Keller, Fossil Creek, Haltom City, Saginaw aren’t too far away either; they’re actually a bit closer to the city and more east/west. But prices here remain fairly average for now, but with the pace of development, that’s bound to change soon.
