Victory Park
Perfect for
Living in Victory Park
Home of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars, Victory Park is a sports-lover’s dream. There’s no way to explain this neighborhood because while it’s truly the entertainment hub of the city, it also has an exclusivity to it that makes it feel small and close-knit.
You’ll never have a boring day if you step out of your door here from Thursdays on Tap at the Perot Museum, catching an indie concert at the House of Blues, grabbing a last-minute ticket to a Mavs/Stars game, or grabbing a drink at Happiest Hour. The Katy Trail’s trailhead starts here, along with The Loop project connecting Victory Park to the Design District, just in case you need a change of scenery.
Your ‘no eating out’ resolution doesn’t stand a chance when the neighborhood’s food scene is everywhere. Our favorites include Victory Social for spicy rigatoni, chicken tendies, and game days at Hero, and weekend brunch at The Henry. Pax and Beneficia, Hola Cafe, and Katy Coffee Lab are your go-tos for caffeine, and you’re also a short walk away from Klyde Warren Park, the park just over Woodall Rogers Freeway, with tons of events, food trucks, and greenery.
Rent runs on the higher side thanks to the location and luxury high-rises, and with the always-busy American Airlines Center, game-day traffic and concert congestion is basically a part of signing a lease here.
