If you can afford it… we certainly recommend it. Southwest Fort Worth is known first and foremost for its convenience. We usually group in the major streets like Bryant Irvin and Hulen, since both are lined with shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday retail. Traffic here can be heavy during rush hour, and the holiday season brings a buzz of shoppers, but the accessibility more than makes up for it.

At the heart of the area is Clearfork, Fort Worth’s premier luxury shopping center. Think Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Alo, high-end dining, and even an AMC Theatre. The apartments near Clearfork are just as upscale, offering luxury amenities, stunning finishes, and views overlooking the Trinity Trails.

Drive a bit further down Hulen, though, and you’ll start to see more affordable options. Many apartment communities here are older or renovated, but the unbeatable convenience, like being next to the only Trader Joe’s in Fort Worth, Central Market, plus Tom Thumb, makes it worth it. Bryant Irvin is more of an elevated “middle ground,” with its own Whole Foods, boutique fitness studios like CycleBar, and popular fast-casual spots like Cava.

In terms of pricing, Southwest Fort Worth apartments average around $1400+ for one-bedroom units and $1600+ for two-bedrooms. Overall if you prioritize convenience and never having to leave these three blocks, you can live a comfy life of luxury and simplicity.
