Smart City uses the DREAM process, a 5-step system that ensures you’ll end up in an apartment that’s perfect in a neighborhood that’s perfect for you.
Discovery
Part of our hands-on approach is to match you up with a personal agent. All of our agents are licensed real estate agents with an extensive knowledge of the San Antonio rental market. Your agent will kick off the process by asking you some questions to get an idea of what you want, what you need, and what you absolutely cannot live without.

And if you’re too busy to visit the apartments in person, we can usually arrange for video tours of the properties.

Move
After you’ve viewed the apartments firsthand, it’s time to pick the one you love the most. Your agent will be with you through the application process to make sure your approval goes smoothly. And when the time comes to move in, we can help you activate or transfer your cable, electricity, and other utilities.
