Apartments here skew newer, with good amenities and affordability. Expect traffic near I-10, but it’s a great launchpad to both nature and nightlife.

Northwest is truly a necessity heaven. You’re no more than 10 minutes away from grocery stores, Target, Walmart, Costco The Palladium movie theater, restaurants and fast food of every cuisine, and parks like Eisenhower. There is a lot of student housing in the area (fully-furnished homes with equal numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms), and a mix of older and newer mid-rise properties not specifically designed for students within every kind of budget.
