THE VILLAGE
Midtown
The Village, one of Dallas’ most infamous complexes that’s been around for decades, recently received a complete makeover including a brand new country club-style pool! At the VCC, there are a handful of ways to bask in the sun: float in the raised glass pool, hang out at the swim-up bar in the lagoon, or turn up the vacation vibes at the poolside restaurant (with a spritz in hand, of course)!
THE ARDAN
West Village
Reap all the benefits of luxurious living at The Ardan in West Village! The 30,000-square-foot pool deck sits on the 6th floor with views of downtown and West Village. The whole space is truly stunning and feels like a resort with several cabanas, grilling stations, cornhole, and fire pits. Bonus: you can also enjoy an indoor hot tub and cold tub!
AMLI DESIGN DISTRICT
Design District
Elevate your living at the Amli Design District located on Hi Line Drive! Admire the skyline from the infinity pool, or wander the one-acre pool deck for 360 views of downtown Dallas. The pool also has an underwater sound system to enhance the party atmosphere, and a skyline lounge with tv’s so you can catch the game while working on your tan!
SKYHOUSE
Victory Park
The name speaks for itself! SkyHouse is a 25-floor skyrise in Victory Park with unobstructed views of downtown and uptown. The luxury apartment’s rooftop pool offers panoramic views of the entire skyline, including the bridge, visible from your spot in the water or on the sun chairs. If you need a break from the sun, head to the rooftop lounge with an indoor/outdoor lounge space, tv, and grills.

The Colony
One word — beach! We seriously can’t get enough of this complex; it doesn’t even look like Dallas! Your backyard turns into a beach vacation, with real sand, hammocks, palm trees, rock waterfalls, a tanning grotto, and colorful townhomes as your backdrop. It’s definitely a party on the weekends, so that’s something to be aware of, but it’s such a good time that your friends will be begging to visit!
THE GABRIELLA
Deep Ellum
Deep Ellum is one of the trendiest areas to live in right now, and The Gabriella shows why! The upscale apartment has an infinity-edge pool overlooking downtown, uptown, and Deep Ellum. The pool is on the smaller side, so it’s perfect for relaxed floating and chill vibes. Soak up the Summer and the sun in one of the in-pool tanning chairs, patio lounge chairs, or by the firepit!
MOSAIC
Downtown
Get the full Dallas experience and live in the center of it all at Mosaic in Downtown! The skyrise building is part of the Dallas skyline and you can take it all in straight from the pool. Head to the rooftop for a sleek infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the city. Be sure to carve out time for a night swim when the whole pool lights up blue and purple!
THOUSAND OAKS
The Colony
Why have one pool when you can have SIX! That’s right, Thousand Oaks Austin Ranch in The Colony is home to six resort-style pools all offering different vibes. Enjoy a relaxing swim with sounds of waterfalls, a lively scene with cabanas and bumpin’ music, a lap-style pool with chairs submerged in the water, a pool overlooking the trees, and two smaller pools well-suited for all occasions. They’re all beautiful and with so many options you won’t get burnt out–just make sure to apply SPF so you don’t get sunburnt either!
THE 23
Victory Park
One of the newest apartments on the list, The 23 is a luxurious residential building in Victory Park. When it comes to luxury apartment properties, you can always expect views, and The 23 competes for the best! From the rooftop pool and lounge area, you’ll catch unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline, Uptown, and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. You’ll want to stay until the evening when the skyline lights up and the sunset is gorgeous!
NOVEL DEEP ELLUM
Deep Ellum
The team behind NOVEL never disappoints (they have communities in Bishop Arts and Turtle Creek, too) but the Deep Ellum location’s pool is a total game changer! The eclectic oasis is located above the leasing office and feels sort of private and exclusive with the complex surrounding 3 of its 4 sides. The space is colorful with bright green turf, orange umbrellas, and a mosaic mermaid mural on the bottom of the pool! It’s a sight to see at night when it lights up blue and green and the lights of Deep Ellum and Downtown serve as the backdrop.
