Uptown claimed the title of the most popular region with an average rent of $1606. Most affordable apartments were discovered in neighborhoods like Oak Forest and East Houston, with an average rent of $1119. Conversely, Downtown & River Oaks stood as the priciest area, boasting an average rent of $2145.
