Mueller
Perfect for
Living in Mueller
From 1930-1999, Mueller was the site of Austin’s first-ever airport. Since then, it’s been transformed into a modern, community-focused district. It’s known for being clean, green, and walk-oriented, with numerous parks, trails, and eco-friendly buildings. Despite being crowded most of the time, Mueller’s famed HEB is known for its modern design and abundant stock. Mueller has its own manmade lake, which you can take a walk around while stopping at Streamway Coffee and ending at Alamo Drafhouse for a movie.
Because of it’s small community feel and walkability, pricing falls closer to Downtown rates than suburb rates, but renters here are paying for amenities, location, and lifestyle. You can walk or bike to groceries, restaurants, Mueller’s coveted farmers’ market, green space, and even a movie theater. Mueller is a common home to medical professionals and educators due to its proximity to UT- Austin, Dell Children’s Hospital, and Seton Medical Center.
