We’re big fans of Dallas and the summertime is no exception, but some days we need a break from this heat! So, who has a pool that we can come jump in?! Seriously though — we did our homework and discovered the best apartment pools in Dallas. Check out the list and then hit up your friends (and their friends) to figure out who lives somewhere with an awesome pool!

And don’t forget to protect your skin from the sun! Follain on Knox is our favorite for natural clean beauty products including sun care. We personally lather up in the tinted facial moisturizer by Raw Elements.

The Hudson Dallas Apartments, new luxury living in Knox, has caught our attention! We’re sort of feeling jealous that we aren’t in the market for a new apartment because The Hudson is very tempting! The amenities are a big selling point, with the elevated pool set on a deck that features a covered outdoor entertaining kitchen, fire pits, and grills. The other major amenity? A sky lounge with a kitchen and wine room, as well as outdoor patio.

Ascent

The Ascent Victory Park’s pool is special because you can go for a swim while surrounded by high-rises and truly, smack-dab in the middle of Dallas. Right across the street is the American Airlines Center, which you can see from the edge of the infinity pool. There are several cabanas too so after your swim, have a few drinks and then head over to a show at AAC or nearby House of Blues!

Brady

Word on the street is (and photos on social show) that the Brady’s pool is well-loved by its residents. On weekdays, you can go for a run on the Katy Trail and then jump in the pool to cool off. On Weekends, it’s not unusual for the pool to be poppin’! With the gorgeous, white-curtain cabanas, the pool deck is begging for friends to come and have fun. Plus, you’re in Uptown so it’s easy to continue the party by bar hopping along Mckinney!

The Taylor

If you haven’t been to The Taylor’s pool in the last three months, then you haven’t been to The Taylor’s pool. This apartment property in Uptown just went under serious renovations. The amenities got a whole new, luxurious facelift. The pool deck has plenty of seating and tanning space, plus the pool is a mix of areas for swimming and relaxing (by waterfalls). We know this article is about pools, but we can’t resist calling out the stunning lobby of The Taylor. There’s a living moss wall, library, kitchen, study nooks, conference rooms, lounge furniture, and more. So much more. So be sure to dry off and peek inside while you’re there!

Cool off with a drink delivered by Foxtrot Market to The Taylor! Foxtrot delivers in less than one hour and has lots of drink options that are pool-friendly (no glass!).

The Carmichael

Got friends in Frisco? The Carmichael is a premiere property in Frisco, and we’d say that’s mostly thanks to its resort-style pool. There are huge palm trees that give-off strong “staycation” vibes. There’s a beautiful water feature plus tons of planters and well-maintained gardening. And it didn’t dawn on us until we saw The Carmichael’s pool that a big win to not being on a roof top is that the pool is huge! They aren’t dealing with constraints like space and weight because, well, it’s a ground floor pool in Frisco… so yeah, this pool is “Texas big!”

Before heading over to The Carmichael, be sure to pack everything you need and make a day out of it. We recommend a stylish My Maria Victoria bag to carry all your belongings.

555 Ross

In the West End of Downtown Dallas, the pool at 555 Ross will stun you with its skyline views. Make sure your phone is charged because a pool day here will lead to some #instaworthy shots! There’s an “entertainment plaza” on the pool deck so 555 Ross is well aware that their skyline views are their main attraction. You’ll also find BBQ and fire pits and kitchen!

Lay out with a good book from nearby bookstore, Deep Vellum Books!

The Christopher

One of the newest highrise apartment living complexes, you can find The Christopher at the new Union property that also houses The Henry, Tom Thumb and North Italia among other eateries! The highlight of The Chrisotpher though? It’s pool that sits on the 9th floor of the apartment, with a direct view of the skyline. Part of the pool is shallow and perfect for lounging and tanning, while another part is deeper and allows you to cool off in the heat! And surrounding the pool is an expansive grass area for more outdoor living.

The Statler Residences

The Statler is best known for its restaurants and bars, entertainment, and hotel; however, did you know that you can actually live on property too? This historic icon in downtown offers luxury living, which comes with access to their fourth-floor pool deck! The Statler’s pool is unique because you could get dressed up for a night out, and start it by sipping some cocktails and lounging by the pool. You’d be surrounded by skyscrapers and palm trees! And you’re only about a 5-minute elevator ride and walk over (never need to go outside!) to all the nightlife options at The Statler. We personally love dining with a group at Fine China and then dancing at the rooftop pool, Waterproof.

If you’re too busy hunting for your next apartment to find the time for a pool day, let Smart City handle the hard work; all you need to do is fill out a search form.
