7:00 AM | Morning routine
9:00 AM | Head to the office (but first, coffee)
9:30 AM | Client calls, running searches, & setting up tours
“When I run a search for a client, I have my go-to properties all around Austin that I know that my clients will love. Then I compile a search in an email along with the exact floor plans of each unit that will work with my clients’ move dates. After my search, my clients will pick their favorite properties and I will book tours for them or I’ll go video tour on their behalf.”
1:00 PM | Quarterly all-company Zoom meeting
2:00 PM | Video tour a brand new property with out-of-town client
3:00 PM | Working happy hour with the team
6:00 PM | Taryn time (a.k.a, hanging with her dog, grabbing some Torchy’s, and catching up on the Bachelor)
