This Riverside newbie opened its doors in November and the location is absolutely prime! Mariposa Flats is only five minutes from the hike and bike trail, a street-link from P. Terry’s Burger Stand, across the street from H-E-B, and a short drive from Norwood Estate dog park and the Austin boardwalk. If a dinner or daytime cocktail is in order, hop on over to Come and Take It or The Buzz Mill, or take a super-cheap rideshare to Downtown
Amenities on the property are still being completed but an amazing pool and fitness center are definitely on the docket (we know what you like). Mansions 54 will feature amenities like a resort-style swimming pool and tanning deck, a virtual personal trainer, aqua spa massage bed, and dog park and pet “spaw.”
