Social Mechanics

Title Boxing Club
Have you ever wanted to let out your frustration by punching the shit out of something? Then this is the class for you! This class is by no means a walk in the park so get ready to use all your strength and muscles. Seriously though, it’s a great adrenaline rush and stress reliever and yup, you guessed it- the first class is FREE.

Yoga on the Lawn
What: Embrace your inner yogi and head over to Klyde Warren Park, where namaste happens every Saturday (rain or shine). ALL classes are FREE and hosted by Dallas Yoga Center.

This isn’t just your typical cycling class. Zynn 22 offers cycling and weight training for a full body workout! The music is on full blast and they’re ready to pump you up (literally)! Hop on the bike, because once you start, there’s no turning back. By the way, if you haven’t caught on to the trend…your first class is 100% FREE!!!
