In a recent article published by RentCafe, Austin was listed as one of the top five metropolitans leading the way in projected new property completions for 2019. The article reflects a forecast of almost 10,800 new units hitting the Austin apartment market by the end of the year. That’s a lot! But, we digress.

Alexan Garza Ranch – South Austin
