This South Austin newbie is currently pre-leasing for May move-ins and offers residents studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment options. The Magnolia at Crestview (North-central Austin)

If North Lamar sounds like your cup of tea, this just might be perfect for you! The Magnolia at Crestview is currently pre-leasing 115 studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units. The property is planning for its first round of move-ins to take place at the end of March and will offer 111 more units in June as phase two of the property approaches completion. If you chat with them, they’ll tell you they’re a tech-driven community, offering key fob apartment entry, NEST thermostats, a butterfly callbox system allowing tenants to actually see their guests upon gate entry!
The property will also be offering tenants, what they call, Spruce Services in the form of cleaning and dog walking. Speaking of our furry friends, The Magnolia at Crestview doesn’t currently have any breed restrictions! Who here has ever heard of a “YardHome™?” Urbana has started building out properties featuring standalone homes (with the rental flexibility apartments offer) with yards. Think of it as a tiny home of sorts (except not that tiny)! Urbana at Goodnight Ranch is the first of what they say will be “many YardHome™ projects!” The YardHomes™ will offer one and two-story one, two and three-bedroom floorplan options for renters.
