The Village Drey (Northeast Dallas)

Many Dallasites know about The Village apartment living, but for those of you who don’t or who are new to the city, The Village is essentially a full-on apartment community offering residents access to a premier fitness center, country club and pools, and walking trails and lakes. They own a few blocks worth of apartment properties in Northeast Dallas, the newest of which is The Drey!

One of the biggest perks to living in The Village Drey is close proximity to the renovated country club, now functioning as the property’s entertainment district. The Village entertainment district is still being completed but will include dining and socializing options, including a brand new tiki bar with a golf simulator. The Village Drey will sit in the heart of the entertainment district, placing most of these things right in residents’ back yards. The property will also feature a lagoon-style pool with a swim-up bar and five buildings all hosting varied themed events for residents. One event expected to take place is a farm-to-table and wine experience leveraging vegetables grown in an on-site garden! Talk about unique.

Apartment features at The Village Drey include light wood kitchen finishes, modern and polished bathrooms, and high ceilings. The property is currently leasing for its first wave of move-ins in early May. Pricing starts at $1,685 for studio units, $1,985 for one-bedroom units, $2,710 for two-bedroom units and $4,410 for three-bedroom units. If this piques your interest, send us a text: 214-586-0519.
