The best time to start a search is 30 to 60 days before your desired move date. The reason for this is most apartment prices fluctuate daily; the closer we get to your move date, the more accurate the pricing and availability will be.
6.What neighborhoods are underrated and what should I try if I’m new to Houston?
We work with neighborhoods all over Houston, including the greater Houston area. Four neighborhoods our locators believe are underrated are – Energy Corridor, Greenway Plaza, East Downtown and Galleria. Energy Corridor is great for individuals working in energy based companies and those looking for new properties at great prices. Greenway Plaza offers many upscale amenities with a location that’s accessible to many of Houston’s hot spots. East Downtown is an up and coming neighborhood that’s rough around the edges and filled with excitement and new fun, plus it’s only minutes from Downtown. The Galleria area is home to one of the largest shopping centers in Houston with affordable pricing.
