Number one thing you need to know about Frisco: IKEA. Just kidding. Frisco is one of the fastest growing cities in America, and for good reason. It’s a northern suburb that is still close to Dallas (30 minute drive), but has great schools, plenty of shopping, local restaurants, and tons of brand new apartments. Cost of living is slightly cheaper, and you can still have all the perks of a fast growing city.

If you’re a Cowboys fan, their practice facility was just built here. There are tours available where you can see your favorite players practicing! Nearby Stonebriar Centre is one of the best for retail shopping and restaurants. Frisco Square is also a popular area to live; it has exercise studios, retail, and restaurants as well as easy access to the Dallas North Tollway. Plus, you can live in Frisco apartments and still have plenty of walkability!

Living in Frisco means you’re just up the street from Plano, where the Shops of Legacy bring people from all over the country. It’s an outdoor mall with delicious trendy restaurants and bars. Lots of people look to Frisco as a slower paced, more relaxed lifestyle than the city-dwellers in Dallas.

If you’re looking to live in Frisco, Smart City Apartment Locating can definitely help! We know of all the best new apartment complexes in Dallas and we can find you the best deal, hands down.
