Just North of the Capitol building in Downtown, Germantown is a popular Nashville neighborhood with historic charm, victorian architecture, some of the city’s most loved restaurants, and a load of trees–we’re talking over 100 species!
Germantown offers a variety of apartments, and because of proximity to Downtown some boast incredible skyline views! The quiet neighborhood, although packed with bars, restaurants, and stores offers a relaxed residential vibe.
One of Nashville’s best restaurant scenes, Germantown provides everything from pizza and beer to elevated farm-to-table cuisine. Be sure to check out Rolf and Daughters, located inside a century-old mill and adored by critics for it’s industrial atmosphere, inventive cocktails and delicious pastas. And don’t miss the neighborhood’s annual Oktoberfest, spanning 10 blocks and four days every fall!
