Located directly west of Music Row, the Midtown neighborhood offers a variety of housing options, including luxury mid-rise apartments and some townhouse style options as well. Midtown is known for endless entertainment, art, performance culture, and its varied cuisine options. When it comes to unique foods, Midtown always delivers. Foodies can choose from southern-style kitchens, Cajun restaurants, Tuscan cuisine and casual cafes boasting local produce! Hot chicken is a must-have and slider dogs, pizza, Tex-Mex, vegetarian options, and local craft beer can all be found and enjoyed in Midtown!

Midtown offers numerous art galleries and museums throughout the area, as well as a unique record shop and many bookstores. A visit to Vanderbilt University rarely disappoints. Founded in 1873, the 333-acre university shows off beautiful architecture, perfectly manicured lawns, as well as some awe-inspiring sculptures.
