The Parker (Rice Military)
Rice Military’s newest apartment addition, The Parker, opened its doors to residents earlier this month, offering with it beautiful rustic finishes, two salt-water pools, and a more-than-insta-worthy “HTX” neon sign (see the blog banner photo)! Units feature vaulted ceilings, open-concept floor plans with lots of natural light, gas range stoves and massive walk-in closets.
