Located minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of the Bishop Arts District with easy access to I-30 and I-35. If you’re a golfer, enjoy the close proximity to Stevens Park Golf Course, with some units even boasting golf course views. Modern finishes include quartz countertops and wood style floors. The Ash is the Branch’s newest luxury apartment community and it is everything we were hoping it would be. Move-ins begin in early October with the choice of one, two, or three bedroom units. Located near Mockingbird, steps away the Katy Trail, and with Greenville Avenue right outside your door makes this property v walkable. The units scream character with wrap around balconies, mud rooms, standing showers, soaking tubs, chef-inspired kitchens, and the list goes on and on. Relax by the sparkling resort-style pool and sweat it out at the state-of-the-art fitness center. The Ash’s fitness center dons Technogym strength training and cardio equipment.

If you dig Deep Ellum, check this out! The Case Building is a 17-story high-rise, combining luxury living with creative Deep Ellum culture–and yes, that does include craft cocktails! Preston Hollow Village crafts its own pseudo neighborhood with its 3-building apartment community. Made up of the Preston, the Douglas, and the Royal, there’s a floor plan for every type of resident! The Preston will be the first to open offering one, two, and three bedrooms. The Preston is perfect for the selective type longing for luxury. The amenities abound at the Preston with complimentary valet, concierge services, wine tasting room, and guest suites. The most expensive building of the three, the Douglas begin move-ins on September 4th. The Douglas is the best of both worlds, hosting a combines energetic and relaxed atmosphere. Residents also have complete access to the fire pits, pool deck, outdoor dining, and built in Sonos speakers. The Douglas offers both one and two bedroom units with anticipates move-ins beginning in November. Last but not least, the Royal is centered around the community and social experiences. Although it’s the last to open, with move-ins planned for February 2018, it is the most affordable.
