The Elm at River Park (Clearfork)
If you’re unfamiliar with Clearfork, it’s a high-end neighborhood 15 minutes southwest of Downtown. The brand new Elm at River Park property is only minutes away from Malai Kitchen, Mesero, Rise nº3, and other fantastic restaurants. Also close by are The Shops at Clearfork– a luxury shopping center with designer boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Tommy Bahama, Burberry, and many more.
With high-end finishes and amenities, the Elm at River Park was designed to fit in with the overall feel of the neighborhood, while still managing to make a statement. Shown above are the classic finishes with tan cabinets with white granite countertops, but this property also offers a sleek, more modern look with white cabinets and black granite countertops! The Moderne (West 7th)
Fort Worth’s West 7th street needs no introduction, but in short, the area’s nightlife is unmatched! Great eats, bars, and shops line up along the lengthy street. Fortunately, the Moderne is just minutes away from West 7th and walkable to Target, Starbucks, and Montgomery Plaza.
The Moderene was designed to appeal to renters in search of luxury and include high-end finishes and features. Apartments here come with gas range stoves (a unique feature), USB charging stations, wine fridges, and double vanity sinks. Rates begin at $1665 for one-bedroom units and $2025 for two-bedroom units. The Moderne is currently offering residents two weeks free on 12-month leases.
Burnett Lofts (Downtown/Lancaster Ave)
6,000 square feet of fitness, coffee, and coworking space means the Burnett Lofts have three-fourths of your daily priorities taken care of, am I right? However, if you do want to leave your apartment in search of tasty eats and/or outdoor entertainment, Sundance Square is a 10-minute walk away. This isn’t a food blog but just FYI, some of our favorite spots nearby include Riscky’s Bar-B-Q, Istanbul Grill, and Reata’s!
The apartments at Burnett Lofts come with modern finishes, keyless entry, and large balconies. Rental rates range from $1250 to $1739 for one-bedroom floor plans and $2169 to $2349 for two-bedrooms. Right now, all two-bedroom apartments come with six weeks free for March move-ins.
Encore Panther Island (Panther Island/Downtown)
Panther Island is a neighborhood famous for the Pavillion, an event venue offering a waterfront stage, two bandshells, and a beach. If light and bright isn’t your preferred style, Encore Panther Island offers an alternate, more moody design with tan cabinets and black countertops.
