If you love South Austin, the Concord is right off of I-35, only 9 miles to Downtown! It’s brand spankin’ new so if you and your bestie have no chill on germs, this spot is for you! They have granite countertops, wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, plus washer and dryer, so you know this place is nice AF. The pool is huge, there’s a 24 hour fitness center, a large dog park, and even a community garden on-site. If you don’t mind spending a little more each month, you can also have a private garage or even a fenced yard – so you don’t have to feel guilty about leaving your pup inside all day!

North Central 2 Bedroom
Midtown Commons is right off of North Lamar and the central location is awesome because you’re literally in the middle of everything Austin has to offer. Hop on the MertoRail for a quick ride to all the nightlife Downtown or to shopping at the Domain, plus it’s only 5 miles to UT campus!! You can walk to Fuzzy’s, the Black Star Pub, and Stiles Switch Barbecue, or just chill at the fireplace and pool on-site! This spot is super pet friendly with a large pup park and tons of green space. You and your bestie would have so much to do here!!
