Ceviche 7
Ceviche7 is an authentic-Peruvian trailer which has some great ceviche. Our favorite is the Peruvian staple Lomo Saltado (marinated beef sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, served with fries, white rice, and Huancaina sauce) and the mahi mahi ceviche (citrus-marinated mahi mahi served with two types of potatoes). Can you believe that make ceviche in a truck?!
Dee Dee
Dee Dee is making waves with their Northern Thai cuisine in a sea of boring taco trucks. Try the Moo Ping, sweet/savory Thai pork skewers served with side of sticky rice and a sweet/spicy dipping sauce! We’re also obsessed with their Pad Ka Pow that’s served with a fried egg. Dee Dee will be sure to mix up your boring food truck routines.
Vic & Al’s
Vic & Al’s is located at the Historic Scoot Inn and they serve Cajun/Creole with Louisiana classics like boudin, Cochon de Lait (roasted pig), po-boys and insane gumbo! If you’re a Louisiana transplant, this place is going to become your lifeline to home.
